Mary and Joseph on the way

First report from Mary and Joseph on their travels:

On Sunday 6th December we travelled to Ashby de la Zouch to spend time with Mary & her little dog, Molly. Molly liked to sit with us and later we all watched Songs of Praise which told us about St Nicholas and played lots of Carols to us.we spent a very peaceful night and feel refreshed for our onward journey.

And now Mary and Joseph have featured in a nativity play - making an appearnace in their own story - at Donsithorpe school! Here they are with staff from the school.

Then we were shown the tiniest nativity scene of all time:

December 10th: and now Mary and Joseph have met Katie and Charlotte. Looks like a fun evening in store!

December 13th: Charlie and George took us to a farm to choose a Christmas tree and we found some goats in a stable! What a day it has been.

December 14th: some refugees arrived on their way to Bethlehem. Molly was intrigued!

December 22nd: We welcomed Mary & Joseph this afternoon and they have just shared a meal with us. They are now resting. After a nights sleep they will resume their journey tomorrow.  They noticed the tableau on our mantelpiece, and wondered where their child will be born.
