Well, the racing didn't  look quite like this! But more like you can see below.



And the winner was subject to the throw of the dice - pure luck which horse won.

A good time was had by all and all were fortified by tea and cake to cope with the excitment.

Thanks to all who came. Thanks to our sponsors for the races who were The Hollybush, The Masons Arms, The Halfway House, The Rawdon Arms and The Railway. They chose the names of the horses.
